Even if your goal is to create your own workouts and exercise by yourself, hiring a trainer for a few sessions offers the benefit of helping you learn the right way to perform a new exercise. This is especially true if you’re new to strength training and need to practice.

It is a lot of money, but if fitness, strength and endurance is your goal – then it will likely be money well-spent. That being said, it’s really important to shop around and trial as many PT’s as you can before signing up for anything long-term.

No, There is no need for training in gym, What you can do is just question google and it will clear all your doubt. If you will go to gym for training then you may not get complete knowledge and tricks to put on lean muscles. We learn much faster and better when we put effort in finding answers to our questions on our own.

Is it good to have a personal trainer?

Yes ,a personal trainer will b good esp as u have no prior gym experience. Reasons -a trainer will make u do stretches before starting , target weak areas, vary the muscles exercised ,show u the proper way to work the machines , do the cooling down etc. Depends on a few things.

Why don’t gyms have 24 Hour Fitness Trainers?

Gyms make the majority of their money from memberships that people pay for month to month and never use. If you are a certified trainer, with experience, and you have personal trianing insurance and the “24 hour fitness trainer” does not have the relationship with the client and they choose not to train with “24 hour fitness” trainer.

What happens during a personal trainer training session?

You’ll discuss these during the first session, so fill them out and get them back to the trainer. When you show up, the trainer will greet you. You might go for a tour of the gym or jump right into “ice-breakers”.
