What happens when Raava dies?

With a last devastating blow, Raava succumbed to the attacks and dissipated in a golden light, severing the connection to Wan completely. However, since light and dark cannot exist without each other, she was reborn from the residual light that had begun growing in Vaatu.

Did other avatars know about Raava?

Tenzin didn’t know about Raava and Vaatu. Korra was the one to tell him about them in “The Guide.” An in-universe explanation could simply be that 10,000 years is a long time ago. Only a very privileged few would have the knowledge, ability, and/or dedication to have or obtain information from that far in the past.

Did Vaatu die?

Like his counterpart, Raava, Vaatu is effectively immortal, having lived for tens of thousands of years.

Do all avatars have the same soul?

the Avatars are different incarnations of Wan, his soul. Roku, Aang, Korra, are all different versions of Wan, just with different personalities and experiences. Think of it like complete amnesia. When the Avatar dies, they essentialy restart their life, but they are still technically the same person.

Is Avatar cycle broken?

During the battle, Vaatu was able to reach out of Unalaq and rip Raava out of Korra’s body. Unalaq caused significant injury to the light spirit, which severed Korra’s connection to her past lives and ended the Avatar Cycle.

Who killed Ming Hua?

3 Ming-Hua Ming-Hua helped Zaheer overthrow the Earth Queen and also fought against Korra to achieve victory. However, during a battle with Mako, Ming-Hua was electrocuted and killed. Mako’s lightning bolt caused Ming-Hua’s water tendrils to conduct electric currents throughout her body and killed her.

Who can Bloodbend?

Due to their bloodline, Yakone, Tarrlok, and Amon were the only known waterbenders who have been able to bloodbend in the absence of a full moon. A bloodbender is only able to manipulate another person’s body at the physical level, leaving the victim’s mental faculties intact.
