What happens when your acceptance rate is low on Lyft?

What happens when your acceptance rate is low on Lyft?

Acceptance rates are based on the percentage of ride requests you accept and complete. You have the right to accept or decline a ride request at any time. Declined requests still count toward your total ride requests for your acceptance rate. If a passenger cancels a ride request, your acceptance rate won’t change.

Can you be deactivated from Uber for low acceptance rate?

There is no Ubereat’s deactivation policy for a minimum acceptance rate. They don’t even publish your acceptance rate. While they’d love for you to accept a lot of trip requests they cannot force you to.

If you don’t want to accept any more rides:

  1. Tap the arrow located in the top right side of the screen.

  3. On your last ride, the app will show ‘Last ride’ when you’re at the end of the ride queue. That’s it!

Does Lyft deactivate drivers with low ratings?

Lyft does not have an official statement on this matter, but it’s fairly clear based on driver experience that a low driver rating will get you deactivated. How low is too low depends on your city. After all, your absolute driver rating matters less than your rating relative to other drivers.

How does the rating system work on Lyft?

At the end of the ride, drivers and passengers can rate each other on a scale of 1–5 stars, 5 being the best. Our two-way rating system helps ensure the safety and comfort of the Lyft community. You should base your rating on your ride experience. You’ll have the option to provide specific feedback, so we know which areas to improve.
