The short version is that Romanians are more closer to Spanish/Italian/Portuguese culture than Russian/Bulgarian/Polish or Hungarian. I will detail below why I think this, the longer version. Of course there is here and there a mixture with other cultures but is not a predominant component and I don’t think it will ever be.
