P.S – Both Hashirama and Tobirama can rescind the Edo-Tensei contract from their ends like Madara did with Kabuto since Tobirama is the one who created the jutsu in the first place, and Hashirama is the one who deemed it a Kinjutsu and placed it in the Forbidden Scroll of Seals.

Why didn’t hashirama break Edo second time?

Hashirama, most likely didn’t know the seals of release of Edo Tensei. He didn’t need those. Since he was (just as Madara was) reincarnated with way better precision and had higher potential (basically closer to the original power), he could overpower Orochimaru’s binding.
