No, not NDA specifically, because it only takes 12th pass male candidates between the age of 16 1/2 to 19 yrs, so whoever joins does so either just after 12th or in his first year of graduation. As far as joining the Army is concerned, there is a womens’ entry which you can apply for after graduation.
