Can I withdraw my resignation during notice period in CTS?

As per cognizant policy employer ensure to employee if associate resign their job due some personal circumstances he/she can withdraw or revoke their resignations. As i said i resign on feb 29th through 1c portal later three days i went through severe appendix surgery.
