Grief is often accompanied by stress responses like changes in appetite, fatigue, sleep problems, muscle tension, digestive issues, and headaches. Your body is grieving, too. There’s no easy fix for getting over the loss of a loved one. It’s a pain that will lessen with time, but that may never fully go away.

Is it wrong to feel relief when someone dies?

Although easier said than done, being kind to yourself in the weeks and months after a bereavement is important. Whenever you begin to feel guilty or ashamed of your feelings, try to remind yourself that relief is a normal, natural part of grief and you are not a bad person for feeling it.

Happiness and sorrow are two different parts of emotions which are opposite to each other and lie at two extreme ends of the scale of emotions! We are social animals and live in society. right from the time we get up and out of our bed we need to do so many things in our life before we retire again to the bed.

With out one you would not have the other. So it’s important to live in balance. When the sorrow comes live in each moment knowing that happiness will follow. When happiness comes enjoy each moment knowing that sorrow will come again. Because you can see the balance you will be strong.

Yes, life is a balance. No one is happy all the tie and no one will be sad all the time. Some people will say that you need to stay cool when you are happy, and you need to stay calm when you are sad. As for me, I would laugh if I am happy and I would cry if I am sad, and I would throw tantrum if I am angry.

Darkness only makes us the importance of the brightness. The the darkness of the night only makes us the importance of brilliance of day time! Thus to realise the importance of happiness we should realise the feelings of sorrows! Thus sorrows makes us to understand the importance of happiness!
