Members can use the REALTOR® trademarks, with limitations To maintain the value of the marks, it’s important that they be recognized by the public as identifiers of NAR members, and never used generically to denote a vocation or a business.

However, please note that the REALTOR® marks should not be used in conjunction with a description of any other occupation or vocation of the Member, even if the other occupation or vocation is part of or related to the Member’s real estate business.
