What do you do if the pizza delivery is late?

If the pizza is late enough for you to contact the store our first step is to look and see if the pizza is ready and still at the store. If the pizza is not sitting on the warmer or on top of the oven we would then ask the manager if the driver is out yet. If the driver is out the pizza should be there within 5–10 minutes for our area.

What happens if you don’t accept a free pizza?

If you don’t accept it, however, you won’t get the pizza (as we don’t have a free guarantee in the US anymore). If you accept the food, you should pay for it.
