  1. Subtly do something nice for someone. When INTJs express emotions, they tend to do it in a kinesthetic way.
  2. Be present.
  3. Focus on the happy.
  4. Name your feelings.
  5. Mirror others.
  6. Tell a story.
  7. Let it out in private.
  8. Touch and feel.
