According to me Mechanical Engineering Is Tougher because it includes 48 subject all over Engineering. It is core branch for manufacturing, production, Fabrication and management. It is purely hard branch. And As per ECE it is related to communication and devices.

Electronics engineering careers usually include courses in calculus (single and multivariable), complex analysis, differential equations (both ordinary and partial), linear algebra and probability. Fourier analysis and Z-transforms are also subjects which are usually included in electrical engineering programs.

Which engineering stream should I choose between ECe and mechanical?

ECE and Mechanical are considered as evergreen streams of Engineering. There will never be any shortage of jobs in these streams. However if you need to pick one out of these two, I suggestion would be that you go with Electronics and Communication Engineering. The ECE offers better scope in government as well the private sector.

You can avoid this things , if you go for ECE stream… In electronics field you have to do sophisticated jobs, so no physical strength is required..

Which one is better electronics engineering or mechanical engineering?

Both the branches are very good. They have their own importance. If you go with ECE then you will get the job easily. But in my opinion Mechanical engineering is better than Electronics Engineering. There are lots of job in private sector as well as government sector in Mechanical engineering but there are almost zero government job for ECE.
