Watts is a very beautiful place, though not too safe. If you are around here, you know not to mess with the wrong crowd but if you keep to yourself it shouldn’t be a problem. I’ve lived here for almost 6 years almost have my life. The houses are average but mostly are small compared to other neighborhoods.
