What is bad karma and how does it affect me?

Bad Karma is when you do some Action to someone and you then feel guilty or responsible for committing that action. The important point here is that it becomes your own Guilt, Blame, Shame or other emotions that keep you indebted to repay for the actions that you’ve committed, even when those actions are from a previous lifetime.

Is good karma something to be desired in life?

So even “Good Karma” isn’t something to be desired in life. The enlightened view is always to neutralize all karma. Contrary to common misunderstanding, Bad Karma isn’t when you do something bad to someone then they will do something bad to you.

What is karma and how do you create it?

Every situation you encounter in life is the result of some Karma. You constantly create Karma from your actions, thoughts, words, from the actions of others under your control, from your attitudes, expectations, and lifestyle.

What are the karmic influences of life?

In addition to the Karma created from your own actions, you are subjected to the Karmic influences of your family, religion, race, nationality, and more. Every situation you encounter in life is the result of some Karma.

Some of these karmas are created in the court system, by inappropriate awards in divorces or child-custody arguments. This level has to do with your expression of who you really are. If that expression is taken away from you, or you take it from another, this level of debt is incurred.

How do you release binding Karma?

By getting in touch with the Emotions of the “Bad Karma”, we then proceed by focusing on releasing the emotions associated with the circumstances and events. When we release the emotions, we are simultaneously releasing the binding karma.
