Who can go to Heaven?

Who can go to Heaven?

According to the Bible the gift of an eternity in heaven is the ultimate gift. This gift of salvation is available to anyone who accepts their need for a Savior, repents of their sins, and places their trust in God.

Who gets into Heaven?

Jesus states in Matthew 7:21-23: “Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of Heaven”, yet there are some who teach salvation by “faith only”, i.e. as long as someone believes, he/she will be saved.

Will a man go to heaven if he does not believe in Jesus?

If a man does not believe in Jesus Christ and does not fornicates, steals, tells lies and defrauds people will he go to heaven or will he go to hell? John 3:16 is a promise that says anyone who believes in Jesus Christ will not perish , that is not go to hell, and will have eternal life, that is, will go to heaven.

Will some people go to heaven because of their sin?

The Bible is abundantly clear that some people will be there, but it’s not because of their sin. Read more in 2 Corinthians 5: “We are therefore Christ’s ambassadors, as though God were making his appeal through us. We implore you on Christ’s behalf: Be reconciled to God.” Those who are reconciled to God go to Heaven.

Does the Bible say anything about working in Heaven?

The idea of working in heaven is foreign to many people. Yet Scripture clearly teaches it. When God created Adam, he “took the man and put him in the Garden of Eden to work it and take care of it” (Genesis 2:15). Work was part of the original Eden. It was part of a perfect human life. God Himself is a worker.

What will we do in Heaven?

In heaven, we’ll embrace God’s holiness and justice. God will be our source of joy. Hell’s small and distant shadow will not interfere with God’s greatness or our joy in Him. All of this should motivate us to share the gospel of Christ with family, friends, neighbors and the whole world.
