Why is Harry more affected by Dementors?

Why is Harry more affected by Dementors?

A theory posted on Reddit suggests Dementors were drawn to Harry because they could sense the piece of Voldemort’s soul living in him. As such, Dementors could have affected him more because there was literally an extra piece of (someone else’s) soul in him, and one that was loaded with bad memories.

Why did Harry Faint the Dementor?

He fell off his broom because of the dementors, and got knocked off by McLaggen hitting him with a bludger to the face. The first match he lost was in his third year and happened as a result of the Dementors coming into the Quidditch field and causing him to faint and fall off his broom.

Why did Harry faint from Dementors?

Why didn’t the Death Eaters help the Dementors?

In exchange, they were allowed to “suck happiness” from the prisoners. During these times, there really was no reason for a dementor to help a death eater at all: sure, they used to be allies, but that was long ago and the death eaters were totally powerless the many years Voldemort was gone.

Why was everyone certain Voldemort would not return?

It was certain for everybody that Voldemort would not return – it was certain that such death eaters were prisoners like any other. The fact that the death eaters came out lucid proves nothing, actually. It is known that a well-determined wizard is capable of resisting madness. For instance, Sirius was stuck for many years and is fairly lucid.
